Data Deletion

In accordance with GDPR and Meta requirements for Facebook applications.

1. Facebook / Meta Data

You may request deletion of Facebook data stored in Lexio at any time: Page access token, Page ID and Meta account ID.

From Lexio:

Sign in to your Lexio account.
Open Settings → Connections → Facebook.
Click Disconnect.

Articles already published to your Facebook Page remain on Facebook and are not affected.

2. Google Data (Search Console / Analytics)

From Lexio: Settings → Connections → Disconnect the relevant Google service.
From Google: revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Disconnecting removes OAuth tokens. You may choose to erase aggregated GA4 totals history (CSV export). SEO opportunities and Search Console performance snapshots already stored remain in your account until account deletion or upon request to contact@agence-seo-connect.tech.

3. WordPress Data

Disconnect your site from Settings → Connections → WordPress. Encrypted credentials are then removed from our database.

4. Full Lexio Account Deletion

To request complete deletion of your account and all associated data (articles, history, connections, organization), contact:

Include your account email address. Processing time: up to 30 days. Billing data may be retained for 10 years as required by law.

5. Your GDPR Rights

Beyond deletion, you may exercise access, rectification and portability rights. Contact: contact@agence-seo-connect.tech
