Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Lexio, a SaaS platform for SEO content generation, optimization and publishing, published by ASC (Agence SEO Connect), SIREN: 385 312 376, based in France (“the Publisher”).
The application is available at https://app.agence-seo-connect.tech. By creating an account or using Lexio, you accept these Terms without reservation.
2. Description of the Service
Lexio allows you to:
- Generate SEO-optimized content using artificial intelligence
- Publish content to WordPress (via API or Lexio plugin)
- Publish content to Facebook / Meta
- Connect Google Search Console and Google Analytics for SEO analysis
- Schedule publications via an editorial calendar
The Publisher may evolve features, subject to notifying users of material changes.
3. Account Creation
Registration requires a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Lexio is offered as a paid subscription, billed via Stripe. Current pricing is displayed in the application at the time of subscription.
- Payment is due in advance for each subscription period
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- You may cancel at any time from billing settings
- No pro-rata refund for a period already started, unless required by law
5. Credits and Quotas
Certain actions (article generation, images, SEO scans) consume credits included in your plan. Unused credits at the end of a period are not carried over unless otherwise stated.
6. Generated Content and Liability
Content produced by Lexio is based on your instructions and data. You remain solely responsible for published content, its legal compliance, accuracy and respect for third-party rights.
Lexio is an assistance tool. The Publisher does not guarantee any particular SEO ranking or absence of errors in AI-generated content.
7. Third-Party Connections
OAuth connections (Google, Facebook, WordPress) are subject to the terms of those platforms. You must have the necessary permissions to link the accounts and sites you connect to Lexio.
8. Acceptable Use
It is prohibited to:
- Use Lexio for illegal, fraudulent or unlawful purposes
- Attempt to bypass technical limits, quotas or security measures
- Resell or sublicense access without written authorization
- Publish defamatory, hateful content or content infringing third-party rights
- Intentionally overload the service infrastructure
In case of violation, the Publisher may suspend or terminate the account.
9. Intellectual Property
Lexio, its code, interface, brand and documentation remain the exclusive property of the Publisher. You retain ownership of content you create and publish via the service.
10. Personal Data
Processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Availability and Maintenance
The Publisher strives to ensure maximum availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance may cause temporary interruptions when possible with notice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher shall not be liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, data, rankings, etc.) resulting from use or inability to use Lexio.
Total liability is limited to amounts actually paid by the user in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the application or by contacting support@agence-seo-connect.tech. The Publisher may terminate an account for violation of these Terms, with 30 days' notice except in cases of fraud or serious abuse.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
